Important scope note. Pennsylvania comes from the six complete uploaded IEM network tables, including 2,112 CoCoRaHS locations. Neighboring states are a provisional seed from the uploaded national export and do not yet include neighboring CoCoRaHS or full retired-station histories. Run the packaged refresher before treating regional comparisons as final.
